Fishing continues to be a favorite pastime at Allegany Mountain Resort at Rainbow Lake. If you enjoy fishing then you will love casting out into our 70 acre Rainbow Lake or in either of our two beautiful ponds. Enjoy the peaceful serenity of nature as you sit back and leave the world behind.
Kids love to fish with their families. There is something about fishing that activates the adrenalin flow like nothing else when you have a fish on your line. Families love to enjoy time together and what better way to do that than to go fishing together.
In our freshwater spring-fed lake, campers have pulled out Bass, Perch, Bluegill, Crappie, Bullhead and Catfish.
- If using a boat to fish, wear your life jacket and make sure that your passengers wear theirs, too!
- Use caution when baiting and removing hooks.
